Ousetunes
We have a Tassimo and it gets some use. We order boxes of coffee direct on-line (indeed, we were sitting in bed ordering our next box at 3.30 one Saturday morning!) which costs between £30 and £40. That will last us around 7 weeks. Beats any instant coffee I know of and yes, it costs considerably more. But if, like me, you like your coffee, then nothing beats it and the cost is irrelevant. Bladesman
I went for the Gusto and will see how that turns out.

Super Hans
They have actually a Nespresso concession in House of Fraser and the staff on there are really knowledgable, they work for Nespresso, so. They've got one of their megadays coming up soon too, save 20%.

Alcoblog
A cafetiere is all you need. I've got a couple of machines that make fancy stuff but hardly ever use them apart from when visitors insist in having frothy milky rubbish. Putting milk in coffee's the same as putting milk in chocolate, whereby you end up with Cadbury's Dairy Milk. Having said that, I drink gallons of the stuff ... probably why I'm up at half one in the morning typing this.
adamf
Thinking of getting either one of these myself? I know this is an old thread but thought the people who recommended the Dolce Gusto would still recommend one 3 years on? For someone like me who likes their Latte's. Or is a Nespresso the way to go? I encourage people not to buy Nestlé. http://www.babymilkaction.org/
