Jambo!

We are sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, but we are new to this forum and just wanted to introduce ourselves, and to give you a special offer.

We are a relatively new restaurant on London Road, serving a variety of African cuisine.

Our food is made with a delicate blend of spices, producing a different but extremely tasty and exotic feel.

We are now taking bookings for Christmas and Birthday Parties.

We are open every evening from 5-10pm. Please call 0114 2589298 to book your table. If you mention Sheffield Forum when booking your table before 31st December 2010 we will give you 10% off your food order. (not to be used in conjunction with any other offer)

For further offers please visit us at cityfoodanddrink.com.

Hope to see you soon,

Jabulani

do you make waakye?

Hi,

We most certainly do :D We love cooking waakye and cook to our customers tastes.

We have a number of set beans dishes that are very poplular, especially our shinkafa da waakye (rice and beans) which is is served with our special Jabulani stew (either with chicken or vegetarian) and plantain.

Red-red is also very popular dish, which is the beans on their own with palm oil and spices (cooked to your taste)

Can you give us a list of your prices on a few main courses please?

The last time a group of us visited early this year the prices were very high, there was no music and we waited nearly 2 hours to be served. In particular there was no reduction on main courses for vegetarian choices.

Has the restaurant improved since the summer in service, prices and ambience?
