colinut
My advice would be just take the essentials: bedding and cooking stuff (pans and a stove/plates and a spork). If you're gonna take the microwave, washing machine and Tv etc. you might as well not go anywhere, just sit at home and put on Discovery Channel that "will take you places". Travelling is about sampling the local food/customs and having "an away from home" experience, not taking your whole house comforts with you and sitting in the caravan. GrannyGranny
Deep fat fryer and a TV, thats it. Oh and a fridge to keep the Tenants Super nice and chilled. Sorry but telling us no silly answers just means we will do the opposite. Ok, serious answer... All the usual ie. TV, DVD, Microwave, toaster etc.. plus some beach stuff it its near to the beach. Just make sure you take a decent deposit to cover these items.

Good point, add "address of nearest Pizza Hut/greggs/McDonalds" to my suggestions.

Chances are it will be on the east coast and the 'local food/customs' are just the same as here but with more of everything. People want the home comforts so they can relax after a hard day at the beach looking after the kids. They want to be sit the kids in front of CBBC for an hour whilst they sort the tea out or sit with a beer and relax. They want to be able to warm the babies milk up in the microwave and make a quick toastie. Its not Goa!
