canz Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 My mate is trying to sell something on ebay but his paypal account he made it a few year ago and not used it since and forgot it. So he's made a new account but when he's gone to put his bank details in its saying that there already in use with an exsisting account (his old one he forgot) So what he's trying to do is get his bank details sorted with this new paypal account he's just made. Amaranthus Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 On the sign in page there's an option for forgotten password, forgotten email or forgotten email & password.
