pete_jim
If it's meat you're after (and aren't we all dear) then get down to Zuegma Turkish Cafe on London Road. Fab Kebabs with loads of salads, flatbreads & couscous. The mixed kebab is a meatfest.

Greenback
I presume we're not talking Shiitake, Porcini or Portabella 'shrooms! No mention of truffle-infused oil, either. Hmm. I've been to TGI's and the prices are a bit steep. It's a bit contrived as well, but to be fair there are far worse places to grab some grub with a few mates. fnkysknky
Well there must just be me who enjoys it then. Decent food (I happen to love Jack Daniels tho) and loads of drink. Mind you my old housemate works there and I always end up with loads of stuff for free or cheap so it's all good
youwhatref
I also fine it ok fnkysknky, good service and surroundings. The food is decent although as already stated the portions aren't that great for what you pay. We use it as a change and occasional treat.
bobby22
I think that TGI's is one of the best places to eat!! The jack daniels sauce is awesome!! I tried to buy some off them it's that nice, but they said no. I do think it's expensive, but it is awesome. Recommend the Big time Square Share starter, well nice!! and then either the Jack daniels ribs, jack daniels burger or the jack daniels chicken salad. Not been for a couple of months, so think i might go this week. thanks for the reminder!!
