Ahhhhh.....we allways knew that our vase was one of a pair.....is it worth anything?

I think we are distant cousins, I will tell you whats its worth for a house in the country near some water and a narrow boat:thumbsup::hihi::hihi::hihi:

I am in the middle of a house clearance can, where does one go to sell collectables?? car boot, auction and specialist shops?

send me a pm with what you have I might be able to point you in right direction. I have no interest in your items but have been to auctions and car boots so have a bit of knowledge. the only thing I collect is hedgehogs and none of them are of any value except to me.

What sorts of things are you wanting to sell? We buy vintage crockery, decorative items and small furniture from house clearance occasionally so if you have these sorts of items please do let us know.

Iv been in the auction business for 25 years and it never ceases to amaze me when amateurs get a sniff of something..you can tell the straight dealers in the antiques business they dont clamour round like flies round wotsit...take your stuff to a reputable auction house for valuation ELR for example dont get conned by cowboys
