tetty1 Posted November 15, 2010 Share Posted November 15, 2010 Hi there, Can i suggest Katherine Elston @ Howells Solicitors, She was excellent Regarding our Court Case she got us full residence and also i got full parental rights for my step-Son, but it does depend on your circumstances every case is different. Our court case went on for 5 years on and off, so if you can try to sort things out between you and your Sons father it is better it can be really hard on yourself and everyone going through the courts we had no choice in the end due to our Jobs we could no longer get representation(legal Aid) So we represented ourselves but Katherine helped us so much in the beginning, but i cannot stress to much if you can try to get on it is much better.
