walkertelecoms Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 Hi all Had a full set of PVC wood effect windows and doors + fascias from the Sheffield based company FASC around 5 years ago, around £8k. Since then we've had no end of problems with the front door with pretty bad warping. We've had I think 4 replacement doors within this time. Recently I've tried contacting them regarding another 'warping', couldn't get through but ended up phoning one of their engineers direct. He tells me they've closed down. Originally the sale was made with a TEN year warranty, my question is two fold, do I lose all rights to this warranty, I expect so, and has anyone else heard of or even used FASC before?
