Treatment Posted November 17, 2010 Share Posted November 17, 2010 Yes Ellen street rings a bell too...perhaps I went there for the chest x.ray.....oh wouldn't it be great if you could just switch the brain onto rewind now and again.....we'd remember everything then wouldn't we? Plain Talker Posted November 17, 2010 Share Posted November 17, 2010 I remember that Hospital, as a child I was always intrigued by the roadsign outside which said '' Quiet please'', I always wondered how traffic could be quiet ! Did you know, the "cobbles" on Division street were made from wood ( ) instead of stone, to deaden the noise? It was fascinating watching the workmen digging Division street/ Devonshire street up recently when they were doing the New Retail Quarter infrastructure works and seeing the wooden cobbles instead of stone ones!
