Tried the number that comes up on the internet (01302 760870) but cant get through to anyone. Need to call to arrange a visit. Mel's Mum Posted November 18, 2010 Share Posted November 18, 2010 The visits line is a separate number (0844 445 7015) but if they are as bad as they used to be expect it to be constantly engaged. You need to redial and redial until you get a ringing tone. It might be different now, they might put you in a queue and charge you for waiting for it to be answered. Good luck!
