JACK HEWITT Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 Anyone remember the GRANVILLE RD/FARM RD FAIRGROUND in the 50s and 60s i remember the boxing tent where the resident boxer would take on all comers also the circus used the same site when the animals arrived at the Midland station they were led to the site in a procession the elephants,camels etc were all led on leads by the trainers and the more dangerous animals were in cages bands playing flags waveing just like the old RAGGERS PARADES.
