In most cases they can't Betty, but this couple had left the door ajar by not having the court finalise their financial arrangements when they divorced, it may have been done deliberately but more likely it was an oversight. His ex wife was reportedly seeking £8Million from her ex Husband.. despite divorcing him 10 years ago after leaving him for another man.
