Been up since 7AM and nothing as of yet. snow isn't as deep any more and is melting, road seems semi assessable. Waiting on parcels. Wheres my post eh? Im over the other side of s8 near the top of derbyshire lane so would probably have been visited by a different van today. Blame the postie as always. Try getting to town or shopping centres(meadowhall closed the other day)and lumping your own shopping home and i'm sure you will realise what the situation is. As for the ice cleats, one guy in our office tried them. One delivery on snow, ice and tarmac and those cleats that were not broken had completely worn off.
