Tony
Don't even try it unless you have a proper 4x4 with snow tyres. Last year four inches of snow caused four hour traffic jams. There's about ten inches outside my window so does that mean a ten hour jam? Will you be walking today and getting a bit of fresh air before work? Halibut
Depends if the buses are running as I'm not walking 7 miles to work lol Why not? Shouldn't take much more than a couple of hours.
qazitory
By the time I got there I would be getting ready to set back. It's not save for a young woman to walk by her self either.
InvalidUser
If you have a job where you can work from home why take the risk of going in?
strewf
I walked in last year and it took 2 hours. I have to walk in today and probably stay there overnight. I am a bit scared to be honest. Dont want to get hypothermia on the way. Wish I could stay at home

Number Six
Oh come on! It looks perfectly ok for my car on the jam cams - a knackered old two wheel drive with winter tyres. My only problem might be getting past the people who think summer tyres and a heavy right foot might give them some grip. If I don't go in, I don't get paid. So I am prepared. If you're not, get out of my way please!

Funky_Gibbon
Last Jan I had to walk about 4 miles to get into work after a bus skidded and blocked the road (on the day when it had snowed really heavy) and I was about 2 hours late for work. I got there just in time to be told that they'd decided to close the building and I should go home...
