ShopsOffices
From Junction 30 of the M1 at Barlborough Chesterfield to the Meadowhall Junction 34 was slow going passed the M18 junction with heavy snow making the road markings invisible. martss
What you mean is "if your scared or not confident driving in the snow, stay at home". I drove from Hemsworth to Brightside at 5:15 am, mine were the first tyre tracks on some roads, made it with no problems.
BananaSplit
Will you be walking today and getting a bit of fresh air before work? Yep! Back in January it didn't take me that much longer than the bus does. Not got any wellies so will be taking spare socks and trainers with me! brus
Don't even try it unless you have a proper 4x4 with snow tyres. Last year four inches of snow caused four hour traffic jams. There's about ten inches outside my window so does that mean a ten hour jam? Will you be walking today and getting a bit of fresh air before work? You should warn the minority of idiot cyclist to leave their cycles at home aswell.
Cyclone
By the time I got there I would be getting ready to set back. It's not save for a young woman to walk by her self either. Yeah, on a snowy morning, on your route to work, I'm sure there's loads of would be murders just hiding in a bush waiting for a single women to walk past! I would need to walk home in the dark though as I doubt it's going to get better.
