Dark Moomin Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 Hi All, I inherited some costume jewellery from my nan, and I have just dug it out with a view to starting to wear it. But some of it, mostly broaches, are just really grubby. The metal is starnished, its dusty and the stones are very dull. Just wondering if anyone could recommend the easiest way to clean them. I have no idea what metals they are made of - most are gold/bronze in colour a couple have a silvery colour, but none are a precious metal. I would imagine the stones are glass. Cheers!
