danot
I suspect Dr Gill will be adding judge James Allen to her christmas card list.. that's assuming he isn't already on it.
rubydazzler
Anyway, whatever ... the important point is - LEAVE YOUR BEQUEST to the LOCAL BRANCH, otherwise they won't see any of it.

Grandad.Malky
I could put in my will "I want £5 million to be given to an assasin to kill Jamie Oliver", it won't happen. It wont happen because no solicitor would draw up such a request.

HeadingNorth
Good job by the judge. Shameful behaviour by the RSPCA. On what grounds do you say "good job?" Danot, who clearly knows more than I do about the case - though possibly he knows less than the judge does - is adamant that it was a poor judgment. The judge as disrespected and overturned the final wishes of the deceased couples will and testament. It's legally binding, no evidence as been presented to discredit it.
