Winter Tyres, Would You, Should You?

I alternate between mud terrain tyres and winter tyres throughout the year on my sj and the only issue i've ever had is an increased lack of grip on road in summer but not significant enough for me to bother with normal road tyres, never had an issue in winter with either tyres.

Not bad mate. It's a nightmare when you attempt it when it's untreated and somebody starts coming down, you lose your momentum and may even start going back down the hill!

Been alright so far and always been able to keep/get going, but it's incredibly rude of those coming downhill to not duck in and let you passed seeing as how gravity's on their side.

Do places in Sheffield stock winter tyres as standard? I would love to get some fitted before next Friday if possible.
