spritulist Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 go to the law courts/court house fill in a form if you are on benifit its free.if not theirs a fee to pay was £25 dont know how much now..they tell you a day/time usually before a sitting in the judgers chambers.about 8.30-9 in the magerstrates court..pay your fee or nothing on benifit...thats it...hope that helps takes 10mins Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
