Joe-b-1
Of course we all believe the press http://www.leftfootforward.org/2010/12/daily-mail-misrepresents-harriet-harmans-international-development-comments/ Although the blinkered right wing fascists will probably believe what they want anyway; first real chance that they have had to go at Labour for a while apart from we've got to cut everything apart from our own wages because of the previous government ( not true anyway; world recession ). chem1st
Not they are not, now be told. And what has that link got to do with anything and where is it from? Define asylum seeker. Define migrant. Now retract your silly statement. A square is different from a rectangle but both have 4 sides. An asylum seeker is different to an economic migrant but both are migrants. Conrod
We're all Europeans nowIn a way, we are - something that we were promised a choice on, but Labour signed us up for totally ignoring national wishes.
eastbank
Maybe not, but rather stupid since you would be sending people back that are contributing to the economy and creating jobs... but I guess xenophobia and bigotry is far more easily understood than economic arguments. Lets all suffer so we can take the easy option, spread hatred and avoid struggling with complex things like thinking! we keep being told that there will be massive job losses....so everthing according to you is rosy in this green and pleasant land...you tell that to the unemployed builders in our boozer...they will tell you different...they hate the eastern europeans....with a vengance

Why do you think that is a good idea? I am sorry your friends hate eastern europeans with a vengeance. Their stupidity seems to have rubbed off on you. Device
You can read about what she really said here: http://www.leftfootforward.org/2010/12/daily-mail-misrepresents-harriet-harmans-international-development-comments/ We need better regulation of the garbage the gutter press come up with... but the weak PCC looks like it is going to be made totally useless by Richard Desmond withdrawing from it. So we shouldn't trust all the newspapers, but we can of course totally trust leftfootforward?
