fabulous_girl
I went to Frankfurt last year with my boyfriend. Its a lovely City, but I booked a cheapo ryanair flight and a seperate cheap hotel, so I can't help with tour operators! Tried alpharooms? They're sheffield based and might be able to help
metalman
Freiburg im Breisgau is nice and it's in the middle of the Black Forest so you can get out into the countryside if you want to. Dunno what it's like for honeymoons though.
Fartown
I suppose the time of year you want to go and what sort of things you want to do while you're there would have an influence on where to go.
Anarchon
I used to live in Heidelberg, which is located near the French border in southern Germany (100km south of Frankfurt). Heidelbery is the Cambridge or Oxford equivalent in Germany and is one of the top tourist destinations in that country. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay / visit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heidelberg

JanP
Berlin is a fantastic city - I've been probably 7 or 8 times. Lots to do and see. Easy to rent flats for a week or so. Can recommend the shopping, beer and historic sightseeing all year round and the sun bathing in the summer

I thought it was a fantastic city, probably one of my favourity European capitals, though it all depends what you're looking for really.

Fabulous castle and loads of genuine old pubs dating back to -scar across face' duelling times.
Alcoblog
Surely the best location in Germany for a honeymoon would be ein bett mit vier plakaten?
