Bonzo77
I haven't tried it, but I'm gonna give it a go. I get Tinnitus quite bad after playing gigs. Nice one!
crazybaby
I'm definately gonna give this a go, I've been plagued with tinnitus for years, its getting to the unbearable stage now, especially after a gig. Been looking at the info on this, it states that you can purchase these in tablet form for £9.99 30mg tablets. But according to this study http://ihealthbulletin.com/blog/2010/10/20/pycnogenol-naturally-relieves-tinnitus/ you'd have to take 150mg per day to feel the benefits, thats five tablets. vResistance
My wife wants to try it/me to buy her some. She thought she heard my dads tinnitus once, but it was his hearing aid whistling.
Longcol
Just adding to recent thread about Tinnitus. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1340535/A-Christmas-tree-miracle-Pine-bark-ease-misery-UKs-7-million-tinnitus-sufferers.html That looks much more like an advert for Pycnogenol "only £9.99 for 30 capsules from Holland and Barrett" than anything remotely medical. Alcoblog
I've been told by many people that tablets don't work so I'd be interested to hear (no pun intended) from anyone who's had a result from taking them. Meanwhile go to http://www.tinnitusmiracle.com. I read the whole article and ordered the ebook a couple of days ago. Unfortunately due to the fact that I'm comp illiterate I can't find what part of my comp it's been downloaded to ... it's there somewhere!

paranoid
I get Tinnitus quite bad after playing gigs i don't think that's tinnitus, that's just temporary damage due to being exposed to loud music. that can happen after a one-off visit to a nightclub, for example. you don't have to trigger tinnitus with loud music, it's permanent damage
