Resolutions for 2011

To stop smoking :)

 

Do it, best thing I ever did!

 

At the end of the day it's down to you, when you stop the patches, pills, groups or whatever, it's still down to you. The best IMHO is to go cold turkey for two days (then the nicotine is out your system), from then on it's will power. Just avoid the oversized dairy milks, I really had to get back into exercise to get rid of those... Once again, worth it though!

 

You can do it if you tell yourself you can!
