Often this isn't noticed until your pipes thaw. If your pipes have burst, isolate the affected area by turning off your stop tap and follow our advice. If your neighbours have been away over Christmas, please check that they haven't had any leaks. If you own a business which is closed over Christmas or you're responsible for looking after any premises during this period please pop round to check that everything is alright.
