Morning social exercise

Dear all,

 

I would like to exercise before work during weekdays, and early morning at weekends. I like such things as yoga and dance, though open to consider any form really. I would like to do this more than once a week (as is yoga classes @ most gyms). Any suggestions???

Hello,

 

I teach wudang tai chi chuan on wednesday mornings 6:45- 7:45 at the source gym near meadowhall.

 

Focus at this class is non-martial and is a nice way to boost your energy for the day ahead. The source do different classes on other days which you could do(yoga etc), or you could do a week of solo practice this way your form will be better and can progress quicker.
