For instance, when the snow fell on 8th December, what did TNT and others do? They sent all the Amazon orders, Play.com orders, and many others, back to the supplier, with the excuse that they wouldnt be able to deliver it due to the weather. yorkiepudd Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Well, I just got an answer about a present (jewellery) I ordered for my wife and guess what, it was despatched on the 7th of December lol. Now I've got to wait for an insurance claim form BEFORE they will despatch a replacement (it was a personalised item so fair enough, I suppose).
