And the Royal Oak and the Daggers for that matter, are they Coal Aston/top end of Dronfield sort of way? Walkable from Batemoor? Well... I mean a decent walk not a 5 mile hike . I know Chequers is boring, went last year, paid £30+ for tickets for me and the OH and kids, buffet was dire, non existent games for kids etc, was so so so dull!!!
