123456A Posted December 31, 2010 Share Posted December 31, 2010 I've not had the flu jab, but after being in a room at xmas full of people with sore throats, coughs and snuffles I felt 'the symptons' coming on.... Spent the next 2 days shoving the 'First Defence' medication up my nose and sniffing. It seems to have caught it early - chest pains and sore throat just went. Not looking forward to catching a bus with lots of ill people coughing at the back of your neck. Uch! It's New Years Eve people - learn to 'air kiss' strangers at parties. That was the number of people admitted to hospital, not deaths. You've obviously misunderstood what you were reading. 91 cases out of 60,000,000 people..........put that in perspective, then you'll see what I mean about paranoia.
