Anyone had swine flu this time?

I had a chest infection llast year that worsened my asthma too - am vaccinated, but don't fancy the flu - folk without respiratory probs don't understand I think - have you tried symbicort?

 

Yes, it's easy to take being able to breathe as much oxygen as your body needs for granted isn't it?

 

Thankfully, apart from this couple of weeks of wheezing and coughing, my lungs seem to be responding to a change of steroids and an increase in dose. It's taught me that I have to respect my lungs a whole load more than I used to though and it's the very first thing that my GP had to do the 'well, you're not getting any younger and this isn't going to get any better' chat about.

Hundreds of people die of flu every year. A hell of a lot more than the pig/bird varieties.
