roughy101 Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 cant see the brewery wanting to sell,not long since they refurbished,they will want another unsuspecting redundant with some money who will put every thing they have into the business and 12 months down the line it will close and they will go under,and then another gullible person will take it and the same thing will happen,people need to realise the brewers are now landlords they make there money on rents not beer sales... Andy C Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 Its not owned by a brewery, its owned by a Pub Company (Enterprise Inns I think). I'm led to believe Tony and Sandra who leased the pub and ran it have called it a day and handed their notice in as they can no longer make it pay.
