drewster Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 Have eaten here several times and we decided to go for a meal on Christmas Eve, It was absoulutly fantastic, superb service and the food was excellent, I have never had a bad meal here but this was very good indeed. We started with Bruchetta with King Prawns and Calamari, King Prawns and Asparagus in a tempura batter. For main Whole lemon sole (special of the day) perfect in every way, and rare Fillet of beef in pepper sauce, topped of with a superb bottle of South African Shiraz from Somerset West. For dessert a caramel and praline parfait, which was gorgeous, perfect texture and not to sweet. We cant recommend Picalinos enough:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
