Is It Socially Acceptable To Hate Public Transport?

Recommended Posts

If you never challenge your immune system by mixing with the proles and chavs, it'll atrophy through lack of use - paradoxically making you more likely to succumb to swine flu.

In other words, a bit of dirt is a good thing.

.................OMG gross!!!!

On Saturday I got on the 14 up to Far Lane. I sat on the single seat near the door that faces across the bus. When I got off, my skirt was wet! I don't know if someone had put a wet bag on the seat, or had had 'an accident'. :gag: :gag: Skirt & tights went straight in the wash when I got home, and I'll be more careful in future.

Vinyl/leatherette seat covers would be better - they don't absorb/disguise damp patches. Unsuspecting travellers would be able to see if a seat is wet before sitting down.
