They have made the silly statement on their call answering system, that if you have received a letter and it is the new black writing then it is from them. This obviously opens the way for a multitude of scams. If you receive a letter from C&G and you are in any doubt then do not hesitate to telephone them to confirm the letter is real. Look the number up on the C&G website http://www.cheltglos.co.uk/ Never email or phone the contact details on a suspect letter. Hope I don't sound like an alarmist, but I just thought it was very irresponsible of them, especially if it did cause any harm I'm sure they wouldn't accept any responsibility.
