swordfish1 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I know 2 seperate parties of people who haven't had to pay lately at TGI's because the service and food has been that bad. One couple didn't have to pay and also got a £40 voucher towards their next visit, as it was so bad. I suppose the fact that they didn't have to pay is ok though.
