Hi, I teach Zumba and I have a class starting Monday 9th August at Ecclesfield School sports hall 7pm - 8pm. £4 per person, plenty of free parking

Hi, thought i would post about Zumba and how fantastic it is

 

I am really over weight but love it and you take it at your own pace, there is classes all over Sheffield and Rotherham and the classes i go to are through this website:

If anyone is wanting to get in to fitness or is already a gym bunny this is fantastic for all levels and gets you in to a sweat!
