Mimi83 Posted September 25, 2010 Share Posted September 25, 2010 Today, the Rotherham Leisure Complex (St Ann's roundabout/ Effingham Street) launched their Zumba class. It was awesome! I'm a fitness instructor myself but I've always been apprehensive of complicated choreographies. I love the easy and fun dance moves and repeat-patterns in the class. Very high energy, fun and seriously burns calories. If anyone wants to join, Zumba will now be held regularly at RLC. You can call them for details at 01709 722555.
