You know when only one nostril is blocked and you turn over in bed and it clears, then the other one gets blocked, well these nasal drops clear both, instantaneously. Lie back, drop a few drops in each nostril and you can feel it, as if it's dissolving the mucous. It lasts for ten hours. You have to buy some.
