Which when translated into english means, i can't answer that point because i know my idea is totally flawed.

I think you ought to read the OP again - he is talking about re-distributing wealth from rich to poor - not taking assets off the poorest.

Hi Phil. Another slack day that you've filled by trolling. How many times have you used that line? Gosh that one takes me back to philanthrop and philander.

No i think the OP is talking about the state taking the assets away from people upon their death and not been able to pass them on to family members.

Or are we now saying that rich people can't pass on their assets up on death but poor people even though their assets would most likely be of a very very low value can.

No he isn't. He's talking about not allowing anyone to pass an inheritance on. That would then include the poorest members of society

Much of the north is also a net beneficiary from wealth re-distribution from the City and the south east.

This is of course true, but the North is an integral part of England, not a separate country and therefore its position is qualitatively different from that Scotland (many of whose citizens aspire to leave the Union and who already enjoy various financial perks denied to English citizens, thanks to the budgetary largesse bestowed upon them).

That can soon be dealt with by legislation and policing.

Gifts do not need to be in the form of money, they can be cars, furniture, jewelry, horses, anything. I was under the impression that giving was a way of re-distributing wealth.
