JOHN HABS Posted January 14, 2011 Share Posted January 14, 2011 There wouldn't be as many people in prison or overcrowding if sentencing handed out was judged properly and fitted the crime. I've always been / always will be in favour of re-introducing corporal and capital punishment, look at the state of things at the moment.......everytime you open a newspaper there's something always in about: arson, stabbings, gun crime, drugs, murder, the list is endless.
