He was 1.5 times over the limit and was on the phone as he killed her. After receiving seven years it came out that he was an alcoholic who had been banned 20 times previously. Yes that isn't a misprint, TWENTY times. What,s this got to do with the post? This vile **** is 51 years old and look at least 71.
