RichK Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 I had eggs benedict for a late breakfast at the Cross Scythes last week (served until 4pm). I'm not sure if they do the same menu in the week, this was a Sunday. The reverse snob in me was stunned that I'd just ordered poached eggs for 6 quid. Until I ate it: possibly the best meal I've ever had. I bet I'll be in most weeks from now! (my partners meal wasn't so amazing, but still ok).
