clarkettly
So we've made the decision to ditch the old analogue TV (on it's way out anyhow) for a new flatscreen job ahead of the switchover. Any recommendations?, I think we want a 36-37" TV with integrated Freeview that'll also record 1 channel whilst watching another. MUST be simple to operate!!!! Willing to spend £500 or so. alchresearch
Can't speak for TVs but if you want a very good freeview recorder that will allow you to record and watch different channels I cannot recommend the Humax 9150T high enough. Its about £130.
danny11
37" is expensive as it is not a common size, you get a much better deal with 32" or 42". Your TV can never be too big, i started with 43" in 2002 (£4000 back them), had pioneer50" for a few years , looking to get a bigger LED one now
