orbs Posted January 25, 2011 Share Posted January 25, 2011 CHEESE CROQUETTES from school recipe 1lb red cheese grated 1/2lb pudding rice 3small eggs or 2 lg. 1 pint of milk 1oz of chopped onion to dip 1 beaten egg breadcrumbs cook rice, onions in milk until dry (dont burn) leave to cool, add eggs then grated cheese leave to rest after mixing make into rolls dip in the beaten egg then roll in breadcrumbs. very messy makes about 12. i make them about the lengh of my finger and just a bit thinner than a 2p (hope that makes sense) then i have some of the 'paper' from morries what they use on the deli counter to seperate them to freeze Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
