The opposite is where the fruit may have the original water taken away, for storage and transport for example, and then rehydrated before being packaged...... I don't know the process but this is basically what it means.- In bottles of concentrate they also add loads of salt and other joyful chemicals:gag:, not sure thats true of the cartons ones though.
