Anna B Posted January 25, 2011 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Asset Protection Trusts are designed to ring fence property and assets so they cannot be grabbed by the Government to pay for Care and Residential homes. Has anyone any experience of these and do they work? I've heard of them before, but they are expensive to set up. Do they stand up in a court of law if challenged? Have there been any test cases?
