harvey19
It appears that the security guard thought he was acting in a suspicious manner in the way he was filming and that sparked off the chain of events.
mike edds
It appears that the security guard thought he was acting in a suspicious manner in the way he was filming and that sparked off the chain of events. but like the guy said, filming alone is not grounds. security did not like where and what he was filming. to justify there actions it became the way he filmed it. Steptoad
Maybe somebody could organise a mass police station photography session. Who's good at organising things, not afraid of the police and knows the (correct) law?

donkey
Whenever the police get new powers, there will always be some mentally deficient gimpboys among their ranks who will jump at the chance to try and boost their own sense of self importance by using it as an excuse to harrass, lecture and bully ordinary members of the public. The petty prestige and power which being in the police can offer is always going to attract a type who must - deep down - feel worthless and inadequate and so compensates by acting the officious bully. Such types will always jump at the chance to abuse any suitably vague new legislation, in order to act out their pathetic power games.
