My best traits are Determination Ability to see anothers point of view Good Listener Hard working Have an enquiring mind Negatives Easily frustrated when things dont go to plan Can be impatient but getting better at that now Can be irritable when tired. Worse - I'm a bit narrow minded in the sense that I believe what I believe and that's that, very hard to get me to change my mind about things, stubborness I guess.
