susa41981 Posted October 9, 2005 Share Posted October 9, 2005 Hi I've been sent a picture message by someone and its advising me to goto http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/pmcollect in order to view it but when I put this web address in, it dosent recognise it. Has anyone else had this experience or can somebody tell me another way of getting the picture. My phones unable to get the picture message for some reason, same problem it has as getting onto the internet, gone through the procedure you have to follow on the website but still nothing. Can anyone help??? When I go to your link, I get forwarded to http://www.mms.t-mobile.co.uk, which gives an error, as does me physically typing http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/pmcollect. Are you sure that the phone hs GPRS and MMS capabilities - in most cases, if you're sent an MMS, then usually it'll appear on the screen, and the same for using the internet. I think the person who I bought the phone of originally had it on contract and I've since put my pay as u go sim in but should still work....just dosent. Call T-Mobile and ask them to refresh your phone settings. It can be done with no problem and you will receive MMS messages to your phone once its done.
