missymoo73 Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Hi spindrift - just checked with CRB themselves and Nacro If you have a speeding fine that is dealt with at the side of the road ie not taken to court it would NOT show up on a CRB check because it is not a criminal offense. However because they have not paid the fine and are now being taken to court, if you are found guilty (which they are pleading), then yes it WILL show up on their CRB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don’t think in was the speeding they were bothered about but whether none payment of a fine would show up. It sounds like the op as the answer now.
