HarmOKnee
Never experienced that but I have experienced exploding head syndrome a few times. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome The first time it happened it frightened me so much I was scared to go back to sleep, I thought I had a brain tumor. Even though I now know what it is & it's not life threatening it's still scary when it happens.

Until patty started this thread, I never realised there were so many problems associated with going to sleep! No wonder most of us wake up feeling half-dead with all these different things going off whilst we're supposed to be resting!
